1 Services

We provide custom window treatment consultations, measurements, quotes, product sales, and professional installation services. Availability, scheduling, and product options may vary.

2 Quotes

3 Orders, Deposits, And Payment

• Orders are considered confirmed once a deposit is received (or as stated in your invoice or written agreement).
• For many custom or made-to-order products, production may begin after order confirmation and deposit.
• Final balance is due upon or prior to installation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4 Custom Products, Changes, And Cancellations

5 Refunds And Defects

All sales of custom products are generally final. If there is a verified manufacturing defect, we will coordinate repair, replacement, or remake at our discretion, consistent with applicable manufacturer policies.

6 Installation, Access, And Site Conditions

• Clients are responsible for ensuring the installation area is accessible, safe, and ready at the scheduled time.
• If we cannot complete installation due to site conditions (including blocked access, unsafe conditions, unready spaces, or missing approvals), rescheduling fees and/or additional service charges may apply.
• Any wiring, electrical work, construction, patching, painting, carpentry, or other trades not expressly included in the written quote are excluded unless agreed in writing.

All content on the Site (including text, images, logos, graphics, and design) is the property of NY City Blinds or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission.

You agree not to:

• Submit false information or impersonate others
• Attempt to scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Site without permission

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• NY City Blinds is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or Services.
• Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to NY City Blinds for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

13 Governing Law And Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
